Aviskaar - A Xaverian Journal of Research is an annual open access peer- reviewed journal that publishes articles which contribute new results in inter- disciplinary areas. The goal of this journal is to bring together researchers and practitioners from academia, research institute and industry to focus on understanding innovation and establishing new collaboration among all disciplines.
Aviskaar is dedicated to strengthen the field of multi-disciplinary research and publishes only good quality papers. This journal is highly selective. All accepted papers will be verified for plagiarism using iThenticate tool.
Xaverian Journal of research of St. Xavier's College (Autonomous), Kolkata, welcomes articles communicating current research work carried out by the faculties and/or students of the college, researchers, and industry experts. Submissions will be published subject to acceptability after editorial assessment.
The submission of a paper by a set of authors will be held to imply -
it represents the results of their original research not previously published
it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere
if accepted for Aviskaar it will not be published elsewhere
Upon submission of a manuscript for publication, the author, or in the case of multiple authors the corresponding author, is required to complete, sign and send a Publication Authorization and Copyright Transfer Form to the editorial office of the journal by e-mail.
Articles may be submitted under any of the following categories:
Research papers: Normal full length papers which describe significant and substantial original work. These should not normally exceed 5000 words or 12 printed pages.
Brief reports: These should be short articles (not more than 2500 words or six printed pages) making specific technical points of interest to others in the area, even though the content may not be substantial enough to be considered under category (1).
All accepted papers will be proof read.
